<p>The Kira climbing shoes from Evolv are real all-round climbing shoes for ambitious female climbers who want to climb technically demanding routes as well as alpine multi-pitch routes with one shoe – as comfortable and perfectly fitting as usual, but with a new look. The Kira is the women’s model of the Kronos, with a slimmer last and less volume.</p><p>The Kira’s two-part, lightly padded tongue makes it easy to put on and take off. One of the velcro fasteners is adjustable in length to fit different instep heights. The 4.2 mm Trax® SAS sole provides durability and a solid grip. The “Variable Thickness Rand” is a sophisticated rubber coating on the edge of the sole, which is thicker in strategically important areas than others, so that potential pressure points are defused.</p><p>The interesting mix of little pre-tension for comfort during long-wearing, moderate asymmetry and a downturn for grip on difficult steps allows for versatile use in varied terrain and indoors.</p>
