So you have uncompromising moisture protection on your foot without noticeably changing the mobility and inner volume.</p><p>The clever non-spike outsole offers a dynamic system of 13 ultra-hard tungsten carbide spikes that provide maximum grip on snow, mud and ice. When the spikes are not needed on hard stone and asphalt surfaces, they disappear into the rubber outsole, providing optimal grip there. With a 15% recycled RB9X® rubber compound, the edged outsole offers a balance of abrasion resistance and grip in cold and wet conditions.</p><p>Whether you’re into ultra-long winter trail runs or more speed-hiking and Nordic walking, the super-comfortable Ice Beetle, flatters your feet with extra soft padding in the upper and tongue.</p><p>The relatively wide fit with space in the forefoot is also just right for extended wear, allowing a precise fit thanks to the lacing and optimally shaped heel section.</p><p>The Arcus RB9X GTX’s softly cushioning, stable, supple and efficient sole supports your fast running strides in an energy-saving way.
