<p>With the Theory climbing shoes – here the men’s model – La Sportiva presents an innovation in the high-performance area especially for the climbing hall: an enormously sensitive, completely redesigned shoe that promises great hold and adaptability for the challenges of modern climbing and bouldering. Volumes and dynos, that’s what the Theory is made for!</p><p>The toe box and the whole forefoot come with a special circumferential sole wrapped around the sides of the foot, which gives the foot great purchase on flat volumes.</p><p>The luxurious downturn is maintained over the whole lifetime by the patented “La Sportiva Permanent Power Platform” (P3 System™), and – this is the special thing about the Theory – has a small spring effect here, which La Sportiva has christened D-Tech™, “Dynamic Technology”. So when you rub on a volume, the shoe presses itself normally into a flat position, but as soon as the pressure decreases, it “springs” back into the downturn and helps the foot to transfer the necessary power for perfect friction during dynamic movements.</p><p>Add to this the proven 3.2 mm Vibram® XS Grip 2 sole rubber, a low volume heel for a great feeling when hooked, a rubber coating for the Toehooks on the upper side, and stable Velcro closure and you have the highly ambitious indoor climbing shoe.</p>
