The waterproof and breathable membrane also makes the running shoe a competent companion on rain-soaked trails, which works very well on the road and for sporty hiking.</p><p>Onboard the all-rounder is a specially adapted, unique CloudTec® sole that combines vertical and horizontal damping properties thanks to its special lug geometry. In the front section of the sole, the midsole transitions into a compact, more classic lugs and thus generates a lot of precision, efficiency and lateral stability. In combination with the micro-profiled Missiongrip™ rubber outsole, outstanding friction values and a protected impact are guaranteed. The pleasantly soft footbed is clearly anatomically shaped and ensures a stable foot position. In addition, the Speedboard reinforcement stabilises the rolling movement and protects against injuries caused by sharp stones.</p><p>Further plus points of the lightweight Cloudventure WP are terrain-specific features such as the toe cap, abrasion-resistant reinforcements in the heel, and the lacing base.
